ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

What are the Check-In and Check-Out times? We guarantee the apartments starting from 3:00 PM, and departure is expected until 11:30 AM. Please let us know your arrival and departure times in advance.
Is it possible to have a late Check-Out? Yes, for a small additional fee which varies depending on the requested time. Confirmation is always subject to the day's occupancy.
How do you enter the apartments? You will find the keys attached to the entrance door upon your arrival.
Is it accessible by public transportation? See the section WHERE WE ARE.

PARKING AND CARS

Do you have parking? Yes, it is free and located immediately to the right upon entering the main gate. If you need to go to the center, ask at the Hotel Accademia Reception for the availability of the hotel’s parking.
How do you enter the property gate where Accademia al Colle is located? To open the gate of Accademia al Colle, you must call +39 338 8307635 exclusively from the mobile number you provided to us. This is an automatic call that no one will answer, but it will automatically open the gate. Alternatively, you can enter the last four digits of the provided mobile number on the keyboard to the right of the gate near the intercom.
Do you have electric car charging? Is there a supplement? Yes, it must be booked and the costs are the standard rates in force, which you can inquire about at the time of charging.

BREAKFAST AND KITCHEN

Is breakfast included? Breakfast service is not provided, but a pocket breakfast with a selection of products for the first morning is provided in the apartments.
What is available in the kitchen? The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave oven, a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, a refrigerator, dishes, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

STRUCTURAL INFORMATION

Do you have apartments for the disabled? Unfortunately, the structure is not suitable for disabled persons.
Do you have smoking apartments? No, smoking is prohibited in the apartments, but there are ample outdoor spaces where you can enjoy a cigarette or cigar with a nice view.
Are pets allowed? Yes, small and medium-sized pets are welcome, upon request and for a small additional fee. Please mention this at the time of booking so we can provide you with appropriate instructions. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment and must be kept on a leash in the common garden.
Is the garden available to everyone? Yes, the garden is available to all guests, as well as the tables and fruit trees.

PRICES

What taxes are included in the room price? VAT and service are always included, while, unless specified otherwise, the Bologna city tax will be paid upon departure.
What is the amount of the city tax and how does it work in Bologna? Depending on the room rate, the amounts vary from €4.20 to a maximum of €5 per person/night for up to 5 consecutive nights/month for guests aged 15 and over. Why is it more convenient to book directly? We constantly work to maintain control over our rates, which are always more advantageous. Additionally, direct contact allows for complete communication and a more precise service tailored to all our guests' satisfaction.

INTERNAL SERVICES/CONCIERGE

Do you have foreign channels? Yes, all televisions have foreign channels.
Are there safes in the apartments? Yes, in all apartments.
Is there 24-hour availability? Not in the villa. However, in case of need, the Hotel Accademia Reception in the center is always available via phone and WhatsApp.
Are towels and bed linen provided? Yes, in all apartments.
Is daily cleaning provided in the apartments? No, but upon request, for a fee, it can be arranged. For longer stays, bed linen and towels will be changed.
How does the Spa work? Is it exclusive? The wellness center includes a whirlpool pool (to relax and improve blood circulation) and a bio-sauna, which will allow the body to expel toxins and impurities, contributing to better skin oxygenation.
For the bio-sauna, you can choose a drier or more humid treatment.
Outside, there is a solarium where you can continue to relax and sunbathe.
Our wellness center is available for a fee, by reservation, and can accommodate up to 4 people (please book at least 24 hours in advance).
Is there a washing machine? In Casa delle Viole, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. For the other three apartments, a washing machine is available in the laundry room upon request.
Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, the network name and password are indicated in the apartments.
Do you have an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer? Yes, in all apartments.
Do you provide cribs/cots for children up to 4 years old? Yes, they must be requested at the time of booking and are provided free of charge.
Do you offer babysitting services? This is an external service provided by professional staff, so it must be requested in advance and costs are variable.
Do you offer a transfer service? Upon request, we can provide information and prices for an external service provided by specialized companies.
Do you offer city guide services, cooking classes, etc.? Upon request, we can provide information for external services provided by industry professionals.
Do you offer car, motorcycle, and bike rental services? Not directly, but we can provide information about specialized companies. For bikes, keep in mind that Accademia al Colle is located at the top of a hill.

Environmental protection and recycling

There are some good practices to keep in mind even when staying at Accademia al Colle. For example, try not to leave the air conditioning or lights on when you are not at home (the municipal guidelines for energy saving and pollution require us not to set the temperature below 23 degrees).
Under the sink in the kitchen, you will find 2 bins for organic and non-recyclable waste, while for paper and plastic you can use the large bins located to the left of the entrance gate behind the parking lot. Outside the gate, there is a bin for glass.
Finally, we ask you to use water wisely.
